The delivery fee for any order up to a basket value of £60.00 is £7.50. Delivery is free for orders above £60.00.
We deliver to most UK Mainland postcodes, with a few exclusions: Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Highlands and some specific postcodes in Scotland. You can find the full list in our FAQ.
Your order will be shipped on Mondays or Wednesdays, excluding bank holidays. You can choose your preferred shipping day on the second page of the checkout.
We use DPD as our courier. We do not recommend delaying your delivery, especially for orders containing macarons. You will receive an email from DPD to confirm your delivery preference — only you can communicate changes directly with them.
Please ensure that the recipient is at home on the day of delivery. Any delay, refusal of the parcel, or missed delivery will not be our responsibility.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s address, phone number and email are correct so DPD can contact you effectively. If you have not received your parcel within 24 hours after the shipping date, please contact us.
Any delay caused by an incorrect address, a change of delivery date, or the recipient not being available will not be our responsibility, and no claim can be made.
