The Opera is an incredible cake made with 7 different thin layers of Biscuit Almond soaked in coffee, Chocolate Ganache and Coffee Cream.
We can write up to three words on a white chocolate plaque (free of charge).
The cake should be kept in fridge and removed from it 20 minutes prior to degustation.
