Important Information About Your Cake Order
Please contact us at least 3 working days before your desired collection date on 07947 587382 to confirm your cake order and ensure we can accommodate your request.
If an order is placed with less than 3 working days’ notice and we have not confirmed with you that we are able to make your cake, we cannot guarantee that your cake will be available for collection.
In this situation, if a bespoke cake cannot be prepared, you may be offered individual cakes or macarons of a similar value, subject to availability, for collection on the requested date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
As our cakes are freshly made specifically for each order, cake orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to offer a change of collection date. This will be considered on an individual basis and must be discussed with us in advance.
Freshly Made & Fragile
Our cakes are freshly handmade and beautifully delicate. Their fragile nature is part of what makes them so special and unforgettable, but it also means they need to be handled with care during transport.
If you are unable to collect your cake yourself, you are welcome to arrange a taxi or private courier at your own cost. Please ensure the driver is aware that they are collecting a delicate cake and that the vehicle is suitable for transporting it safely.
