Our macarons can be kept up to 5 days in the fridge but they will have to be consumed on the day of your event.

If you live close to one of our shops in Malton or York, why not ordering one of our Celebration Cakes to display on the top of the tower. We would recommend our Macaron Cake – suitable for 6 people. Visit our Celebration Cake page for details.

Your tower will be fine for up to 8 hours at room temperature. Please make sure the tower is not in direct sunlight, near a window without closed curtains or near a radiator.  Just add the cake at the last minute.

Composition of the tower

The  Bottom Tower is made of 4 trays which hold a specific number of macarons:

• 1st tray: 23 macarons
• 2nd tray: 27 macarons
• 3th tray: 30 macarons
• 4th tray: 32 macarons

For a total of 112 macarons.

Please note that our Macarons are handmade and sizes / colour may vary slightly.

For order placed more than 30 days prior to collection: As only flavours of our classic range will be part of this offer, please note that you maybe contacted to replace any discontinued flavour.

FOR COLLECTION ONLY

Our towers are for collection only at one of our shops:

• Talbot Yard / Malton: Wednesday to Saturday
• 19 The Shambles / York: Monday to Sunday

Please contact us at least 3 working days prior to the expected collection date on 07947587382 to confirm your order.

Your Cake order is not cancellable or refundable. In exceptional circumstances, you may be offered to reschedule the collection date after discussion with us.

You are welcome to organise taxi delivery at your cost if you are unable to pick it up from us.
