Description

Our macarons can be kept up to 5 days in the fridge but they will have to be consumed on the day of your event.

Your tower can be set up to 8 hours at room temperature (under 25 degrees). Please make sure the tower is not in direct sunlight or near a radiator.

We would recommend placing the macaron cake cake only 30 minutes before eating it with all the guests.

Just order our large Macaron refill and one of our celebration cakes 3 days before your next event.

Composition of the tower

The Lower Tier Tower is made of 4 trays which hold a recommended number of Macarons:

• 1st tray: 23 macarons
• 2nd tray: 27 macarons
• 3rd tray: 30 macarons
• 4th tray: 32 macarons

For a total of 112 macarons.

Please note that our Macarons are handmade and sizes / colour may vary slightly.

For order placed more than 30 days prior to collection: As only flavours of our classic range will be part of this offer, please note that you maybe contacted to replace any discontinued flavour.

FOR COLLECTION ONLY

Our towers are for collection only at one of our shops:

• Talbot Yard / Malton: Wednesday to Saturday
• 19 The Shambles / York: Monday to Sunday

Your Cake order is not cancellable or refundable. In exceptional circumstances, you may be offered to reschedule the collection date after discussion with us.

You are welcome to organise taxi delivery at your cost if you are unable to pick it up from us.
