Croquenbouche – C&C

Our Croquenbouche is a tower made of caramel glazed choux filled with a nice cream patissiere, very moreish and croquant (almond and caramel base). The flavour of the cream can be bespoke to your preference.


Our shop is open for collections Tuesdays to Saturdays 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Why not add a greeting card?


The Croquenbouche price includes sugar work. Colours and design will be discussed directly with Florian to match your wedding / event theme.

Your cake will be ready for collection from our shop in Malton from 10:00 AM of your celebration day.

The Croquenbouche is a cake sensitive to moisture, it should be consumed within 4/6 hours from the collection time.

Very tasty and unique, after a celebration meal.
