- Fraisier from April to end of September: This classic French dessert is made with an almond sponge, vanilla cream and fresh strawberries. Simple, delicate and very fresh.
- Framboisier: A version of our Frasier where Raspberries are the star, made with an almond sponge, vanilla cream and fresh raspberries.
- Hazelnut Leave: One of Florian’s favourite cakes, made with a Crunchy Hazelnut Sponge, Chocolate Cream, Caramelised Hazelnuts, Milk Chocolate Mousse and Chocolate Garnish.
- Classic Paris Brest: One of the most popular French cake made with choux dough, homemade praline, hazelnut cream and caramelised hazelnut. Classic but so tasty!!
- Fruity Vanilla Paris Brest: A declination of our classic Paris Brest made with choux dough, vanilla cream and fresh red fruits. Very fresh and light.
- Fruity Pistachio Paris Brest: A second declination of our classic Paris Brest made with choux dough, pistachio cream and fresh red fruits where the pistachio creates an interesting combination of flavours associated to the assortment of fresh fruits.
Our presentation includes a personalised service where our Chef arrives at your venue one hour prior to your dessert time. He will set up your cake tower and leave you time for photos.
He will then cut the cake and clear the tower whilst your own caterer will plate the dessert and serve your guests.

Our shop is open for collection Wednesdays to Saturdays – 10:00 am to 04:00 pm.
Your Cake order is not cancellable or refundable. In exceptional circumstances, you may be offered to reschedule the collection date after discussion with us. Please contact us at least 5 working days prior to your initial collection date to raise your request on 01653 531 336.
