Loading spaces are available on Whip-Ma-Whop-Ma-Gate, close to our York shop.

Please be aware that this area is closely monitored by York traffic enforcement. If you use a loading space, please ensure you display a note indicating that you are collecting an order and do not exceed the 10-minute time limit.

Macarons, Chocolates & Sweet Treats

Please allow at least 24 hours between placing your order and your desired collection time.

Our macarons, chocolates and sweet treats are carefully prepared by our team, and we need sufficient time to get your order ready.

Please ensure you select an appropriate collection date and time at checkout. If the website offers same-day collection, please do not select this option, as your order will be accepted but will not be prepared for same-day collection.

Celebration Cakes – Collection Only

Please contact us at least 3 working days before your desired collection date on 07947 587 382 to confirm your cake order and ensure we can accommodate your request.

If you place an order with less than 3 working days’ notice, you must call us to confirm that we can prepare your cake. Without our confirmation, we cannot guarantee that your cake will be available for collection.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

As our products are freshly prepared and orders are organised in advance, cancellations and changes are subject to our agreement. Please contact us before your scheduled collection time to discuss your request.

Special Saturday Opening Hours: On Saturdays when our Croissant Day is advertised on our social media, we open earlier, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Free Customer Parking: Customers collecting orders from Talbot Yard can enjoy 2 hours of free parking at the rear of Talbot Yard, adjacent to Fersina Windows, off Horsemarket Road.
