TASTING EVENT MALTON

Step into our very first kitchen, hidden at the back of our Talbot Yard shop in Malton, for the Café Gourmand Tasting — a one‑hour immersion into Florian’s world of macarons and chocolates.

We’ll guide you through his creative vision, sharing how each macaron shell, ganache and chocolate bonbon comes to life.

Expect at least 12 tastings, including hot chocolates, signature macaron, delicate bonbons and rare origin chocolates.

With only 12 places available, this intimate experience is ideal for anyone with a sweet tooth and a love for artisan craftsmanship. A thoughtful and delicious gift for a loved one.

Cancellation Policy

Our masterclass vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. These vouchers or masterclass booking are not refundable. If you cannot attend it due to illness or self-isolation, you are welcome to transfer your place to one of our relatives. Just email us to [email protected] and let us know about the change of name and contact details.  If you are willing to change your Masterclass date, please contact us at least 20 days to reschedule it free of charge. If you contact us between 20 and 10 days prior to the date, an extra of £10 will be required to reschedule your masterclass. No reschedule will be accepted if you contact us less than 10 days prior to the masterclass. If we do have to cancel a masterclass, we will offer you to reschedule the masterclass to another date by providing a new vouch er valid for 6 months or to convert the price of your masterclass by a product voucher to spend online or in shop valid for 6 months.
