Collection Locations & Opening Hours

Malton – Talbot Yard

• Wednesday to Saturday
• Collection between 10:30 am and 4:00 pm

York – 19 The Shambles

• Monday to Sunday
• Collection between 10:30 am and 5:00 pm

Macarons, Chocolates & Sweet Treats

Please allow at least 24 hours between placing your order and your desired collection time.

Our products are carefully prepared by our team, and we need sufficient time to get your order ready.

Important: Same-Day Collection

If the checkout offers you the option to collect your order on the same day, please do not select it for macarons, chocolates or snacks. Although your order may be accepted by our website, it will not be prepared for same-day collection.

Please ensure you select a collection date and time that allows at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellation & Changes

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

As our products are freshly prepared and orders are organised in advance, cancellations and changes are subject to our agreement. Please contact us before your scheduled collection time to discuss your request.

Celebration Cakes

Please contact us at least 3 working days before your desired collection date on 07947 587382 to confirm your cake order and ensure we can accommodate your request.

If you place an order with less than 3 working days’ notice, it is essential that you call us to confirm we can make it. We cannot guarantee that it will be available for collection.

If we are unable to prepare your bespoke cake, we may offer individual cakes or macarons of a similar value, subject to availability, for collection on your requested date.

Cake Cancellation & Rescheduling

As our cakes are freshly handmade specifically for each order, confirmed cake orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to accommodate a change of collection date. Requests will be considered individually and must be discussed with us in advance.

Freshly Made & Delicate

Our cakes are freshly handmade and beautifully delicate. Their fragile nature is part of what makes them so special, but they must be handled carefully during transport.

If you cannot collect your cake yourself, you may arrange a taxi or private courier at your own expense. Please ensure the driver understands that they are transporting a delicate cake and that the vehicle is suitable for carrying it safely.
