After reception, please keep our macarons in the fridge and consume them within 5 days.
If you live close to our shop in Malton, why not order one of our Celebration Cakes to display on the top of the tower. We would recommend our Macaron Cake – suitable for 6 people. Visit our Celebration Cake page for details.
Your tower will be fine for up to 8 hours at room temperature. Please make sure the tower is not in direct sunlight, near a window without closed curtains or near a radiator. Just add the cake at the last minute.

Macarons for our Lower Tiers Macaron Tower:
The Tower is made of 4 trays which hold a recommended number of macarons, please select one flavour per tray:
- 1st tray: 23 macarons
- 2nd tray: 27 macarons
- 3th tray: 30 macarons
- 4th tray: 32 macarons
For a total of 112 macarons.
Please note that our Macarons are handmade and sizes / colour may vary slightly.
