Our Financiers are small French almond cakes, originally created in the 17th century in the city of Nancy, where Florian and Celine are from.
They are light and moist with a little crisp, eggshell-like exterior.
You will discover 4 flavours in our bag: vanilla, chocolate, pistachio and raspberry.
